Sessions for individuals are $240, or $138.45 after the Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

I work with adults, adolescents and couples on anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and relationships, using approaches such as CBT, ACT and schema therapy. My background includes work with Royal Australian Navy members, NDIS and EAP clients, and autism and ADHD assessments.
